Seeking a brownstone with a pool, luxury rents spike, & more

This week readers visited Brick Underground to check out the story of two Seattle transplants who wanted to move to Brooklyn to be close to family. They had an unusual wish list for their house hunt: They wanted a brownstone with a pool. The couple found their dream home in Bed-Stuy: A five-bedroom brownstone with a backyard and pool for $2.2 million.
