Navigating the New York City real estate market can be very daunting for first-time buyers. These days you’ll likely face intense competition for extremely limited inventory. But getting key intel—such as how to secure a mortgage, choose a financially sound building, and ace your co-op board interview—can give you a big advantage. To help prospective buyers get up to speed, Brick Underground will co-host a NYC home buying seminar on Tuesday, May 7th from 6 to 8 p.m. along with Michael Popovsky, an agent at The Agency, Elise Leve, senior loan officer at Citizens Bank, and Jeffrey Baron, Esq. from Weidenbaum and Harari LLPThe panel will be moderated by Jennifer White Karp, managing editor at Brick Underground.
