The apartment is completely renovated and has both a dishwasher and a washer/dryer unit in the chef's kitchen.

Streeteasy

If you’re looking for a no-fee apartment in Manhattan, this no-fee, two-bedroom, one-bath rental, 424 East 75th St., #4A, in Lenox Hill may fit the bill.

It has a rent of $3,392, well below the neighborhood’s median rent for a two bedroom, which is $4,000 according to Streeteasy. Be aware that the listing price is the net effective rent with one month free on a 12 month lease. The amount you’ll actually pay is $3,750, which still falls below the median rent.

The apartment has been renovated and includes a washer/dryer, a kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances (but not a lot of space), and windows facing east, north and south.

The square footage is not provided in the listing, but judging by the photos, the living room, bath, and second bedroom appear to be quite small, with not a lot of room around the furniture.

The pet-friendly building has a live-in super and package room for all of your Amazon Prime deliveries.

The master bedroom has two windows.

The kitchen appliances including a dishwasher and microwave.

The bath has no tub, but makes up for it with a large standing shower with tiled floor.

The building is central to transportation, both the Q and 6 trains are within an eight-minute walk from the front door. If you’re a foodie, nearby are Bareburger, Petaluma, and Campagnola, a classic Italian restaurant that’s been operating in the neighborhood since 1984. If you’ve got an artistic child, both The Art Center and School of Rock New York are across the street.
