If you have your heart set on buying in the Hamptons—where tony New Yorkers frolic in the summer—but assume you’re already priced out, you may want to check out Southampton. The spreads there will still set you back a pretty penny, just not as much as other popular towns on the South Fork.

You also have more options when it comes to buying a house here right now. Sales in the Hamptons market have cooled down largely because of a lack of inventory, The Real Deal reports. But in Southampton, there are 129 listings on outeast—and over 30 are below the town’s median sales price of $1,900,000.

If you aren’t familiar with Southampton, there’s a quaint collection of local eateries like Southampton Publick House, The Golden Pear, and 75 Main plus chains like Sant Ambroeus and Juice Press. Tate’s Bakeshop, Southampton Arts Center, and many upscale clothing retailers are also nearby. And to enjoy the famous beach, head to Cooper’s Beach or Little Plains Beach.

So if you’re looking to buy a house in the Hamptons, check out these five places for sale in Southampton for less than $2,000,000.
