The apartment itself is fairly spacious and bright, and the building offers a shuttle to the subway.

The condo building Novo 64 has a lot of amenities, but this apartment comes with an extra nice perk: an indoor parking spot. Listed for $625,000, 64-05 Yellowstone Blvd. #302 is a one bedroom, one bath located near the low-rise commercial strip of 108th Street, close to the edge of Rego Park.

The condo measures 719 square feet, and features a recently renovated open kitchen with a breakfast bar, an updated bathroom, stainless-steel appliances, and hardwood floors.

The bedroom is almost as big as the living room and has a closet with double doors. The bathroom could be more attractive, but hey, it's clean.

The building has a 24-hour doorman, a gym, a sauna, a playroom, a lounge, a media room, and, if you don't feel like driving, a shuttle bus to the subway. Otherwise, the M and R are a 10-minute walk away at 67th Avenue and at 63rd Drive.

The common charges are $430 a month, and the building is pet-friendly.

Big box stores (Costco, Marshalls, Century 21) can be found nearby in Rego Park, and the Queens Center mall is also close. The heart of Forest Hills, Austin Street, is a 20 minute walk.
