This condo has a renovated kitchen and two updated baths.

It’s September already, and even though the weather is still very warm, leaves have begun to fall and thoughts are turning to autumn. This two-bedroom, two-bath condo, 361 Clinton St., #2A, on the border between Carroll Gardens and Cobble Hill, can provide the ideal transition to the new season with its wood-burning fireplace. It is listed for $1,150,000.

It also offers a bit of value as the median price for a two bedroom in Carroll Gardens is $1,249,000, according to StreetEasy.

The new-to-the-market apartment features 10-foot ceilings and a large living and dining area that makes it easy to keep the two areas functionally separate.

Renovations to the galley kitchen include updated cabinets, counters, and appliances. There’s a new Fisher Paykel dishwasher, as well as a Marvel wine fridge in the built-in bar just outside the kitchen.

Located in the back of the building, the living room and bedrooms face south and overlook a garden and patios of neighboring brownstones. The master bedroom includes a large, L-shaped walk-in closet that has been professionally designed. The second bedroom includes built-in bookshelves.

Both the master en suite bathroom and the second bath across the hall from the second bedroom are renovated. The master includes a shower; the second a bathtub.

The apartment has a new hot water heater, as well as central air. Laundry is in the basement, where there’s also a locked common storage room. Common charges are low at $215 a month; taxes are $343 a month.

The building is just one block from Court Street and two from Smith Street, both of which are lined with shops (including a Trader Joe’s) and restaurants. The Cobble Hill Cinemas are around the corner on Court. One downside is that the building is located directly between the Carroll Street and Bergen Street stations for the F and G trains, meaning each is about seven blocks away.

There's an open house scheduled for Sunday, September 9th, from noon-2 p.m.
