Far more Manhattan sellers slashed their listing prices last month compared to December, according to RealtyHop's monthly report. 

Upper East Side-Carnegie Hill was the neighborhood with the most price cuts with 160 drops, up from 67 last month. Lincoln Square, not on last month's list, saw the second most cuts with 116 price drops. All of the other top neighborhoods were in Manhattan as well, including Turtle Bay-East Midtown, last month's top neighborhood, with 115 cuts, up from 90.

In its monthly price drop report, RealtyHop identifies neighborhoods with the highest total number of price cuts. It also highlights areas with the biggest percentage drop in median price, and the biggest median dollar price drop.

The listing with the biggest dollar price drop was a six-bedroom, five-bath Greenwich Village townhouse with a $3,000,000 cut to $14,995,000. A three-bedroom, three-bath house in Forest Hills had the highest percentage price drop with a 30 percent cut to $1,050,000.
