Visiting a prospective apartment several times, both at morning and at night, is always advisable to get a sense of what the neighborhood noise level is like. Listings site RealtyHop launched a new monthly price drop report for New York City. The report zeros in on neighborhoods with the highest total number of price drops, as well as the biggest percentage drop in median price, and biggest median price drop. The Turtle Bay-East Midtown had the most price drops in May.
