689 East 17th Street, Ditmas Park. This five-bedroom 3.5-bath Colonial Revival house has a landscaped backyard garden, a large master suite on the second floor, a semi-finished basement, and its own two-car garage. Asking price: $2.1 million. Open house: Sunday, June 11th, 1:30pm to 3pm.

Earlier this week, Brick readers were quite taken with a gem of a Ditmas Park listing featuring the holy grail of rare-for-NYC summertime amenities: a backyard with a full deck, in-ground pool, and hot tub.

For buyers who had their interest piqued in the scenic South Brooklyn neighborhood, we've rounded up a variety of Ditmas properties hosting open houses this weekend, from a one-bedroom HDFC to a more spacious two-bedroom to a few of the grand old townhouses that are the neighborhood's hallmark:

1212 Ocean Avenue, #APT1F. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op is in an income-restricted HDFC building, so you'll need to check to see if you qualify, and whether there are restrictions on financing. The apartment is recently renovated, however, with large, soundproof windows and a sunny corner bedroom. Asking price: $229,000. Open house: Sunday, June 11th, 2:30pm to 4pm.

1818 Newkirk Avenue, #1A. This two-bedroom, one-bath co-op is a recently renovated sponsor unit with a total of six (!) closets, in a building with shared outdoor space, bike storage, and a parking garage. Asking price: $625,000. Open house: Sunday, June 11th, 3pm to 4:30pm.

34 Wellington Ct.  This five-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom Victorian has recently undergone a full gut renovation, including new walls, new ceilings, new electric and plumbing, hardwood floors, and central air, among other modern upgrades. Asking price: $1,789,000. Open house: Sunday, June 11th, 1pm to 3pm.

462 Westminster Road. This six-bedroom, 2.5-bath Victorian has a mix of original features, such as parquet floors, a fireplace mantelpiece, stained glass, and wainscotting, combined with more modern upgrades such as a custom chef's kitchen, as well as a backyard deck and garden. Asking price: $2,385,000. Open house: Sunday, June 11th, 1:30pm to 3pm.
