You don’t have to be at all spiritual to be inspired by this unique, 2,000+ square-foot  Fort Greene duplex three-bedroom. Is it possible to get out of the house without actually leaving home? Why move to the suburbs when you can have your own three-story home, with a private backyard, right here in the city? This triplex apartment is spread out over the lower two and half floors of a townhouse, including the parlor level, which features a street-facing dining room and a living room with a wood-burning fireplace that overlooks the leafy garden. Above and below it are three-bedrooms, plus two smaller multi-use spaces (think office, nursery, playroom, study…you get the picture) that will easily satisfy the urge for extra elbowroom.
