It's the first of the month, so it's time to talk rentals. If you're looking to make your move between now and June 1, you can take your pick from one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx if your rental budget is $6,000 a month. Bonus: A few offer outdoor space, while several don’t require a broker’s fee. But check the pet policy, because Fido may not be able to come along.
