A one bedroom on Hicks Street, listed for $478,000.

Earlier this week we looked at a swanky townhouse in the brownstone Brooklyn neighborhood of Cobble Hill. The listing for the completely renovated house was really sweet, and there's a nice mix of restaurants, bars, independent shops, and movie theaters along Court Street. Larger chains including Trader Joe’s can be found on Atlantic Avenue.

Townhouses here are out of reach for most buyers, and even one bedrooms can be priced high too, selling for an average of $1.07 million, according to the New York Times. However, we found three listings (for a studio and two one-bedroom apartments) priced under $650,000 that are having open houses this weekend, plus a grand two-bedroom co-op listing.

443 Hicks St., #4F

A one bedroom (also shown at top) in a historic complex called Cobble Hill Towers. This renovated condo has exposed brick accents, updated lighting and newly redone floors. The open kitchen has gray stone countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a Bertazzoni range and a Liebherr fridge. Residents have access to two private gardens with Adirondack chairs for lounging. The apartment is listed for $478,000.

The open house is planned for Sunday, June 3rd, noon-1:30 p.m.

220 Congress St. #6F

This one-bedroom co-op is on the top floor of the building called Congress Gardens. The apartment has hardwood floors and a larger foyer that could fit a home office or a dining table. The windowed kitchen has a pass-through to the living room, and the windowed bath has been updated. It is listed for $650,000.

The open house is set for Saturday, June 2nd, 1 p.m.-3 p.m. and Saturday, June 3rd, 1 p.m.-3 p.m.

117 Amity St., #5

This studio is in a prewar co-op building that’s pet friendly. The apartment has hardwood floors and high ceilings, and the building has laundry and bike storage in the basement. The apartment is listed for $415,000.

The open house is slated for Sunday, June 3rd, 12:30 p.m.-1:30 p.m.

121 Pacific St., #A1E

This is a duplex in a prewar co-op building with 15-foot ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, exposed brick and large south-facing windows. The main floor has an open kitchen with granite counters and a breakfast bar. The master bedroom is enclosed by a glass and steel partition and has an adjacent room that can be an office, a walk-in closet, or a nursery. It is listed for $1,295,000.

The open house will be held Sunday, June 3rd, 11 a.m.-noon.
