This one-bedroom co-op on Third Avenue is on the market for $650,000.

Earlier this week, we looked at studio in Gramercy Park that was listed for $469,000, which is something of a steal for this high-end, ultra-convenient neighborhood. Gramercy Park is charming, well-located for transportation and a little bit quieter than most Manhattan neighborhoods, despite being just blocks from Union Square and all the shopping and dining options one could want.

For a sense of what else is on the market there, here are five one-bedroom co-ops for sale in the neighborhood that are having open houses this weekend.

205 Third Ave. #4F (also shown at top)

This one-bedroom co-op has big, south-facing windows. The kitchen has been renovated with slate floors, stainless-steel appliances, and new oak cabinets. The bedroom fits a queen-sized bed, and there are new closet doors. The building has a 24-hour doorman, concierge service, a live-in super, a roof deck, a gym and a garage. The apartment is listed for $650,000.

The open house is set for Saturday, April 21st1-2 p.m., and Sunday, April 22nd, 3-4 p.m.

210 East 15th St. #9D

This one-bedroom co-op is in the back of the building, which is typically quieter. The kitchen has been updated and has full-sized appliances, and the bedroom can fit a queen-sized bed. The building is across the street from Stuyvesant Park and has a 24-hour doorman, a live-in super, a bike room and a roof deck. It is listed for $685,000.

The open house will be held Sunday, April 22nd, noon-1:30 p.m.

323 East 21st St. #M4

This one-bedroom co-op has hardwood floors, exposed brick and a decorative fireplace. Also, there are large closets and through-the-wall AC in both the bedroom and living room. The windowed kitchen and bathroom have recently been updated. It is listed for $450,000.

The open house will be on Sunday, April 22nd, 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m.

201 East 15th St. #4A

This one-bedroom co-op has a foyer with a closet that could be used as an office nook. The galley kitchen has a full-sized window and stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher, and a pantry. The corner bedroom has a double closet. The building has a renovated lobby, a keyless fob system, a laundry room, a package room, and a garage. The apartment is listed for $795,000.

The open house is Sunday, April 22nd, noon-2 p.m.

133 East 15th St. #3A

This one bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath co-op is back on the market after a small price cut of $5,000 a few days ago. It is on the top floor and has a wood-burning fireplace and wood floors in the living spaces, and slate floors in the kitchen. The full bathroom has been updated and a washer/dryer is permitted, according to the listing. The apartment is listed for $663,000.
