Earlier this week, we looked at studio in Gramercy Park that was listed for $469,000, which is something of a steal for this high-end, ultra-convenient neighborhood. Gramercy Park is charming, well-located for transportation and a little bit quieter than most Manhattan neighborhoods, despite being just blocks from Union Square and all the shopping and dining options one could want.

For a sense of what else is on the market there, here are five one-bedroom co-ops for sale in the neighborhood that are having open houses this weekend.
