No-Fee Apartment of the Week: $3,300 two-bedroom in Williamsburg

By Lucy Cohen Blatter  | October 19, 2012 - 1:39PM

This brand new $3,300 two-bedroom, one-bath in Williamsburg is in a new green building.

Pros: The apartment has central air, a washer/dryer, balcony,  marble bathroom, dishwasher, and seems full of windows and light. The building itself has a live-in super and Virtual Doorman.

Cons: The $3,300 rent is a 'net effective' rent that reflects one free month on a 13-month lease.  That means any renewals will start at the 'gross' rent rate. The location is far into Williamsburg -- 5 stops on the L train.

No-Fee Apartment of the Week showcases an apartment that’s currently on the market and is being offered with no broker fee (otherwise known as the holy grail of New York City rentals).
