We've noticed that we don't give studios enough attention in this column, but we think this one deserves some. Located at 101 W. 126th Street in Central Harlem, this $1,700 studio is available immediately.

Pros: This unit is undergoing a total gut renovation leading to new kitchen and appliances, a new bathroom and finishes throughout. The apartment is in a pre-war, elevator building with a super.

Cons: Except for the smallish size and the fact that there's no division between your bedroom and the kitchen (which is  inevitable in anything but an alcove studio), we can't really think of any.
