Thanks to a zoning change in 2016, NYC has micro apartments like this 302-square-foot rental, 610 Ashland Pl., #610, which is in a Fort Greene building completed last year. But it's not necessarily cheaper. This unit is asking $3,022 a month, with no fee and two months free.
