The top addresses for steepest price cuts in June, according to RealtyHop’s New York City Price Drop Report, are at two well-known Manhattan buildings, 845 United Nations Plaza, otherwise known as Trump World Tower, and 520 West 28th St., designed by the late starchitect Zaha Hadid.

Buyers who couldn’t act fast enough for the July 1st will likely be looking for discounts to offset the new mansion tax. Here’s a co-op that received a price cut yesterday of nearly 5 percent. This three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath co-op, 1148 Fifth Ave., 7A, in Carnegie Hill, is asking $5,475,000, down from $5,750,000. Maintenance is $6,680.

The number of Manhattan sales rose for the first time in seven quarters as buyers rushed to close in time for the July 1 deadline for the mansion tax, according to Douglas Elliman’s latest market report for Manhattan co-ops and condos. It’s a big change from the story of the last six quarters, which saw year over year declines in sales.
