The second quarter 2019 rental market report from Douglas Elliman for Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens finds the median rental price for Manhattan is up 4.4 percent to $3,550.

The median sales price in Brooklyn increased 4.7 percent to $815,000, a new record high, according to Douglas Elliman’s second quarter market for Brooklyn, Queens, and Riverdale. At the same time, the number of sales fell for the sixth, straight quarter and apartments on the market increased for the fourth consecutive quarter.
