With a facade of concrete and casement windows, industrial chic is the dominating aesthetic, at least for the exterior of 508 West 24th St. in Chelsea, architect Cary Tamarkin’s factory-like building on the High Line. The entrance is almost deceptively anti-luxury with a concrete facade. Above are walls of casement windows and a clock high up, a whimsical touch.
