The house holds three apartments in all, but the listing only shows one.

For those who aspire to Brooklyn townhouse ownership but need a tenant or two to make it a reality, 1515 Pacific St. in Crown Heights could be worth a look. Recently listed for $1,495,000, the limestone has eight bedrooms spread out over three apartments. It's unclear what much of the living space looks like, as the listing doesn't provide too many photos, but we do get a look at the garden apartment.

The garden level has one bedroom, a full bath, two offices, a sunroom and access to a large, if slightly untamed, backyard.

The parlor floor is a three-bedroom apartment with a full bath and living and dining room, and the top floor is a four bedroom with a living and dining room.

The house is two blocks from the C train at Kingston-Throop, and shopping and eating options are close by on Fulton Street. The Brooklyn Children's Museum is also a short walk away.
