If you lived here, your very own cherry tree would be blooming by now. This two-bedroom, tw-and-a-half-bath duplex condo is a hop, skip, and a jump away from Union Square, and delivers perks you'd ordinarily expect in the suburbs, like the private back patio and garden where you'll find that tree.

There's also a huge recreation room on the lower level, giving you indoor and outdoor options for entertaining and just hanging out. The price—it's listed by Corcoran for $4.495 million—is high compared to other two-bedrooms nearby, likely driven up by the coveted green space and central location.

On the main level, you'll enter a foyer that opens onto the living and dining area (see the main image), which, despite being on the ground floor, looks bright thanks to those large windows. The open kitchen boasts a marble-topped island and white cabinetry for a classic look, as well as high-end appliances.

The master bedroom has loads of storage, with built-in custom closets as well as traditional ones, and the en-suite bath features a double sink, a luxe walk-in shower, and radiant-heat floors. You'll find the second bedroom, which also has its own full bath, at the opposite side of the apartment. Both rooms look onto the private garden, and include blackout shades for when you'd rather sleep in than sunbathe.

Downstairs, you'll find a spacious rec room that could make for an ideal playspace for kids or a den for grown-ups; there's also additional built-in storage here, as well as a half-bath and laundry room with a washer and dryer. And just outside, the backyard offers both a paved area for outdoor dining, complete with a grill, as well as an irrigated and landscaped green space.

Beyond the suburbs-in-the-city feel of the home, the building includes amenities like full-time doorman service, a gym, billiards lounge, library, planted roof deck, and outdoor shower. It's a convenient spot for a family, or a couple that wants to live it up in the East Village.
