Got a budget of around $4,000 for your next home? You can find one this minute, and we've rounded up options in four boroughs across NYC, from an East Village one-bedroom to a four-bedroom house in Queens. Plus, remember this time of year there are lots of incentives around (like reduced broker's fees and a month's free rent).

WEST VILLAGE, MANHATTAN: 2-bed, 1-bath with hardwood floors and renovated kitchen with a dishwasher in a prewar landmark building  with a live-in super at 240 West Fourth Street (between West 10th and Charles). $4,000/month
