This $3,700 one-bedroom is located in 400 West 63rd Street, the new Ashley building. The building boasts 40,000-square-feet of amenities, including a lap pool.
This high-end apartment is new and modern, with top-of-the line finishes.
Remember that "Seinfeld" episode where Elaine can't escape a medical record that describes her as "difficult"? As you may or may not have heard, there's a real estate equivalent to that type of blacklist.
