Pretty interiors; the outdoor space isn't bad either.

This $6,000 two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath duplex at 363 Bergen Street in Park Slope takes up the bottom half of a picture perfect brownstone (see photo below).

The garden level has two large bedrooms and a full spa bathroom, and the parlor floor is where you'll find a living room, open kitchen, and dining room, with brownstone details like a marble fireplace and a tiered ceiling with ornate center medallion (there's also a half bath up there).

Outside the kitchen there's a deck that leads down to a beautiful landscaped private garden (which may, at least for some, explain the apartment's rather high price). Note: The tenant will pay utilities and small pets are allowed but must be approved first.

What say you? Worth the schlep to the Slope?
