Apply to rent housing lottery apartments in Williamsburg, starting at $867 a month

Applications are open for 15 discounted apartments in a new building in Williamsburg through the city's housing lottery.

The apartments are studios and one and two bedrooms at 94 North Third St., between Wythe Avenue and Berry Street. They are set aside for households making $31,612-$57,230 and a single person making $31,612-$40,080. Studios start at $867 a month.

The apartments are part of a 95-unit building that extends to the next block, Metropolitan Avenue. The rest of the apartments are set to rent for market rates.

The building includes a concierge, a package room, a common roof terrace, a courtyard, a lounge, parking, bike parking, a gym, and a garden. 

It's eight blocks from the Metropolitan-Lorimer G and L station, and five blocks from the North Williamsburg ferry dock.
