This Bedford-Stuyvesant three-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath brownstone duplex is renting for $3,250 a month. In addition to hardwood floors, high ceilings, big windows, fireplace mantels, and moldings aplenty, the renovated space offers lots of room.

The large kitchen features stainless steel appliances and two pantry closets, and the bedrooms accommodate a king in one, and queens in the other two. The second floor features a large, renovated full bath, and a half bath on the main floor can be used by guests. A bonus room just off the kitchen can be used as an office, a library, or a rec room.

The garden area looks lovely, but you will have to share it with the building's other tenants. Additional comforts include central air and a voice intercom. Transit options include the A express, an 11-minute walk, at Utica Ave, and the slightly closer local C at Ralph Avenue. Also, the B46 and B26 buses.

The building is one and a half long blocks from the bar and restaurant strip on Malcolm X Boulevard. The move-in date is October 1st.
