Ten of the 50 apartments in this new development are reserved for the city's housing lottery.

Applications are open for 10 apartments at 12 Ford St. in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, through the city housing lottery.

The apartments are studios, one bedrooms, and two bedrooms set aside for people in six income brackets spanning $28,183-$62,580 for one to four people. Rents start at $822 for a studio.

The remaining 40 apartments in the new seven-story building are available at market rates. Amenities listed include a bike room, laundry room, and parking—all for additional fees.

Full income eligibility and rent details are here:

The building is located in the Weeksville section of Crown Heights, one block from Lincoln Terrace/Arthur S. Somers Park. A CTown supermarket and Duane Reade are nearby. The nearest subway lines are the 3, 4, and 5 trains at Utica Avenue and Eastern Parkway, four blocks away.
