Transit Week

Welcome to Brick Underground's Transit Week!

Living in New York City, and living well, doesn't just mean finding the best apartment you can afford, whether you're a renter or a buyer. Transportation—how to get to and from work and school from your home—can make or break your experience. (Anyone who's fretting over the looming L train shutdown can attest to the agita.) That's why this week, we're exploring how New Yorkers experience the city through its transit options: How do they shape our neighborhoods? What's it really like to live on Staten Island and not have an inter-borough subway? And speaking of subways, how did they come to be?

Curious? Stick with us this week because we are your eyes and ears, and feel free to contact us or comment below if you have any questions about NYC transportation and other city living issues you'd like Brick to address in the future.

Buckle up and enjoy the ride.
