5 open houses to visit in Kensington this weekend

Earlier this week we compared the adjacent Brooklyn neighborhoods of Kensington and Ditmas Park, looking at their pricing, transit, nightlife, shopping options, and their general vibes. Laid-back, diverse Kensington has a wide range of housing stock, which is evident in the apartments and houses hosting open houses this weekend.

Here is a selection of two and three bedroom listings—condos, co-ops, and a house—that you can visit in person this Saturday and Sunday:

Located in a new condo building off Ocean Parkway, this three bedroom, two bath is expensive for the neighborhood, but lavishly outfitted.
