If you’re on the hunt for a place in New York City, and access to a pool is at the top of your wish list, you’ll find options in new condo buildings.

New construction is typically your best bet for this amenity—which comes in different configurations, like rooftop pools with skyline views, indoor pools in fitness centers, lap pools for working out, and even two pools, which we suppose is better than one. Most of these buildings also have other amenities aimed at summer entertaining, like roof decks with grills and cabanas.

And if you want a pool all to yourself, there are luxury condos on the market with private rooftop pools. For example, there’s a four-bedroom condo for sale at Jardim in Chelsea for a cool $21,000,000. In Flatiron, there’s a six-bedroom penthouse with its own private rooftop pool listed for $36,000,000.

So if you’re looking to live in a building with a pool, check out these five condos for sale in Battery Park City, the Upper West Side, Tribeca, West Village, and the Upper East Side.
