There are a few things about this $825,000 two-bedroom co-op in Jackson Heights that caught our eye (besides the price, that is). There's the fact that the en-suite master bedroom has three windows and built-in storage, and that the two bedrooms are separate from one another, offering privacy for each.

But it's got a lot more going for it, too. According to the listing, the apartment, which is in the prewar, landmarked Elm Court, looks onto a garden. The living room/dining room which is expansive enough for a large dining room table, has a working gas fireplace.

The second bathroom has been renovated with Carrara marble subway tile, crystal fixtures, and custom dark wood cabinetry; it also has a window.

The separate kitchen, too, is windowed, and comes with lots of custom cabinets, a Caesarstone countertop, and stainless steel appliances.

An added bonus: The elevator opens right into your apartment.

There is also private storage, washers and dryers in the basement, a bike room, and a live-in superintendent. And it's all just  a 25-minute subway ride to Midtown Manhattan on the 7 train.

Seriously, this one's worth checking out.
