This Williamsburg loft-style studio comes with two months free

Located in a former rocket and plane parts factory (the building is aptly called Rocket Factory Lofts), this $3,311 studio has 14-foot concrete ceilings and beams and high-end fixtures.

We're digging the oversized windows and open layout, which help make the apartment feel much more spacious than your average studio. The building has a video intercom system and laundry on every floor. Pets are allowed.

While you should keep in mind that this particular apartment is highly staged and won't look like this when you see it, we suggest taking a lot of the design ideas here and recreating them.

Yes, the price is on the higher end of the scale for a studio, but the owners are offering a few serious perks. First, they're waiving the broker's fee, and second, they're offering two months off if you sign a 16-month lease. Of course, that means your lease will wind down (and you may potentially need to move) in the height of rental season (May 2017), but if you're looking to try out Williamsburg and only think you can handle a little over a year in a studio anyway, it might be worth checking this place out.

Just note: It's about a half-mile walk from the L train at Bedford and the J, M, Z at Marcy Avenue, so be prepared to walk.
