What you’ll get across NYC for $6,000 a month

Studios, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms and even three-bedrooms are up for the taking if you have a rental budget of $3,000 a month.

Of course, size will depend on borough. And in some cases, you’ll find the apartments fully furnished.

LINCOLN SQUARE, MANHATTAN: A pet-free and smoke-free one-bedroom, one-bath condo with a marble bath, and fully equipped kitchen in an elevator building with laundry facilities on the same floor, located a quick walk from Central Park and Lincoln Center, at 62 West 62nd Street (between Columbus and Broadway). $3,000/month

FINANCIAL DISTRICT, MANHATTAN: A furnished studio with linens, kitchenware, appliances, flat-screen TV, DVD player and iPod connectivity included on the 30th floor of a doorman building near the NY Stock Exchange at 88 Greenwich Street (between Edgar and Rector). $3,000/month, available for six months minimum
