Anyone who's  dreamed of having the High Line as your back yard (and the Chelsea Market as your local grocery store) can drink in this spacious, decked-out rental in the neighborhood, asking an admittedly eye-popping $29,500 a month.

Besides enormous floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Chelsea's most famous sites, this three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath condo rental also features views from its private terrace, as well as a classic wood-burning fireplace in the living room.

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, and the one attached to the master bedroom includes a cast-iron soaking tub, a vanity with double-sinks, an "oversized" walk-in shower, and perhaps most important as the weather starts to turn, radiant heated floors.

There's plenty of room for seating at the island in the kitchen, which is outfitted with custom cabinetry (we're liking the darker stained wood, a nice departure  from the world of all-white-everything kitchen decor):

This being located in a luxury condo building, there are also plenty of amenities, including storage space, 24-hour concierge, a fitness center, a children's playroom, and a private garden.
