It's been a couple of months since BrickUnderground's anonymous doorman penned his last post. We've yet to find a worthy replacement, and we've missed hearing stories straight from the front lines. So we've up and started a new column, Tips from a Doorman.

This apartment, located at 201 East 69th Street (between Second and Third Avenues), is available as a sublet through August for $2,750 per month, or you can choose to sign a new one-year lease with the management company for $2,800 per month.
It’s listed as a studio, but the 700-square-foot apartment has a separate living room and sleeping areas (though the living space is bigger than the sleeping space).
