As YIMBY has reported, the building has a total of 147 apartments, some affordable, some market rate. Amenities include a part-time attended lobby, an on-site super, a "recreation room," roof deck and, for extra fees, a laundry room, fitness center, and parking and bike storage options. Via the building's website, you can see some renderings of what the apartments might look like:

As per usual with this kind of affordable housing, preference for half of the apartments will be given to current neighborhood residents, in this case of Brooklyn's Community Board 8.

If you're interested and think you may qualify, you can apply online via NYC Housing Connect, or request a paper application by sending a self-addressed envelope to: St. Marks Place, 87-14 116th Street, Richmond Hill, NY 11418. The deadline to get your application in is July 26th.
