If you’re wondering how much to tip in your rental building, it’s worth a read.

Also of interest: The New York state legislature passed a bill that would essentially unmask LLCs to the public—going farther than federal legislation poised to take effect in 2024. It’s not clear yet whether Governor Kathy Hochul will sign the new bill, which has implications for both the sales and rental markets.
