In back, a large deck looks out onto a landscaped yard with a waterfall pond. Three blocks from the Grand Central Parkway, and about a mile from the F at 179th Street and the LIRR Hollis stop. Asking price: $980,000. Open house: Sunday, September 10th, 2-4 p.m.
