This week, we wrote about how it's still possible to snag an apartment in NYC that comes with outdoor space for less than $500,000. And this weekend, you can hit open houses at several spots that fit this criteria. Take advantage of the warm spring weather and picture yourself lounging on the balcony of one of these homes:

629 Kappock Street, #6D: A two-bedroom, one-bath co-op in Spuyten Duyvil that includes an open kitchen with updated appliances, hardwood floors throughout, and a balcony offering views of the Hudson and the Palisades. Asking price: $290,000. Open house: Sunday, June 4, 12:00 to 2:00 pm.
