This house in a sleepy Philly suburb comes with a surprise: A S&M playroom
What looks like a typical suburban house has a room that would thrill fans of "50 Shades of Grey" downstairs.
The owners of this large house in a Philadelphia suburb appear to have been putting their basement to good, or at least interesting, use.
The four-bedroom, two-and-half-bath house at 1612 Norristown Rd., in Maple Glen, which is on the market for $750,000, has a fully stocked S&M adult playroom on the lower level. The house comes fully furnished, and you're probably getting more than you would typically expect.
It's a “private adult sexual oasis,” Melissa Leonard, a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker, tells CBS Philly, and includes a bed with bars, whips, chains, and a few other accessories that Brick Underground needed to Google.
This unexpected amenity helped the listing on Refin go viral, with half a million views. However, the sex room photos and description have been pulled from that listing, as well as a listing on Zillow.
Apparently, the neighbors are pretty upset.
