The apartment has a full living room, plus space for a dining room table.

This two-bedroom co-op in a postwar building in Ditmas Park is listed for $639,000 with a maintenance fee of $856 a month. The apartment at 415 Argyle Rd. is almost 1,000 square feet and features an open plan for the kitchen, living room, and dining area.

The apartment has western exposure, hardwood floors, and five closets.

The bathroom could use an update, although it does feature a double vanity, and the listing suggests doing the same for the kitchen, but the listing photos don't offer a good look at it.

The bedrooms are adjacent and both are a decent size.

The building itself has a shared backyard and a newly renovated lobby. It has a parking garage (if there's an additional charge is not mentioned), bike storage, and a live-in super. Cats are allowed.

The building is two blocks from the Cortelyou Road Q station, and close to an assortment of restaurants, bars and cafes on Cortelyou.
