MIDTOWN EAST: A gut-renovated studio at 5 Tudor City Pl., between East 40th and East 41st streets, with gray cabinets and a two-burner cooktop in the kitchen, as well as a marble bathroom. On the ground floor of a five-story prewar rental building near the famed Blue Ribbon Bakery. $2,500 a month

PARK SLOPE: A one-bedroom duplex with one and a half bathrooms, exposed brick, a breakfast bar and wood floors throughout. At 325 3rd St., between Fourth and Fifth avenues, in a four-story, prewar walk-up that accepts pets upon approval. $2,500 a month, no broker’s fee

ELTINGVILLE, STATEN ISLAND: A 1,750-square-foot three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath split-level high ranch house with hardwood floors, a wood-burning fireplace, washer/dryer hook-ups, a garage, a full basement, and a backyard at 29 Laredo Ave., between Richmond and Wainwright avenues. $2,500 a month
