Price Check: What you can rent for $2,500 a month around NYC

MIDTOWN EAST: A gut-renovated studio at 5 Tudor City Pl., between East 40th and East 41st streets, with gray cabinets and a two-burner cooktop in the kitchen, as well as a marble bathroom. In the Windsor Tower, a full-service pet-friendly prewar building with a 24-hour doorman, a full-time super, concierge services, a laundry room, and a fitness room that costs an additional $39 a month. $2,500 a month

Have a strict budget of $2,500 a month for rent and aren’t sure what that’ll get you in New York City?

We found a Midtown East studio in a full-service building, a one-bedroom duplex in Park Slope, and a Middle Village two-bedroom with a Juliet balcony, among other options. Here's what's up for grabs this week across all five boroughs.

UPPER WEST SIDE: A bright studio unit with exposed brick walls, a working wood-burning fireplace, hardwood floors and high ceilings at 46 West 85th St., between Columbus Avenue and Central Park West. In a pet-friendly elevator building with laundry on the premises. $2,500 a month

GREENWICH VILLAGE: A recently renovated studio with its own private garden patio at 17 Downing St., between Bleecker and Bedford streets. Hardwood floors, exposed brick, 10-foot ceilings, a through-the-wall AC unit and a separate kitchen round out the space. On the ground floor of a five-story prewar rental building near the famed Blue Ribbon Bakery. $2,500 a month

PARK SLOPE: A one-bedroom duplex with one and a half bathrooms, exposed brick, a breakfast bar and wood floors throughout. At 325 3rd St., between Fourth and Fifth avenues, in a four-story, prewar walk-up that accepts pets upon approval. $2,500 a month, no broker’s fee

DITMAS PARK: A two-bedroom with a renovated kitchen, a windowed bathroom, a large foyer, an office nook. and built-in cabinetry at 385 East 18th St., between Cortelyou and Dorchester roads. The cat-friendly co-op building has an elevator, a central laundry room. and a live-in super. Heat and hot water are included in the rent. $2,500 a month

SUNSET PARK: A newly renovated two bedroom, two bath with pine floors, a custom kitchen with maple cabinets and a washer/dryer hook-up at 4223 Seventh Ave., between 42nd and 43rd streets. The three-story building six units. $2,500 a month, no broker’s fee

MIDDLE VILLAGE: A 1,000-square-foot two bedroom, one bath with wide plank floors, high ceilings, new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, central air conditioning, and a Juliet balcony at 62-67 60th Rd., between Fresh Pond Road and Mt. Olivet Crescent. In a two-family house with laundry. $2,500 a month   

ASTORIA: A renovated one bedroom, one bath with a private balcony, a stainless steel kitchen with black stone counters, and a large walk-in closet at 31-01 21st St., between 31st Road and 31st Avenue. Pet-friendly building. $2,500 a month

RIVERDALE: An 803-square-foot, east-facing one bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows, a renovated kitchen and bathroom, and central air at 4455 Douglas Ave., near Palisade Avenue. In a full-service condo building with a full-time doorman, a seasonal pool, tennis courts and a fitness room. $2,500 a month    

ELTINGVILLE, STATEN ISLAND: A 1,750-square-foot three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath split-level high ranch house with hardwood floors, a wood-burning fireplace, washer/dryer hook-ups, a garage, a full basement, and a backyard at 29 Laredo Ave., between Richmond and Wainwright avenues. $2,500 a month
