Floor-to-ceiling windows that let light in and showcase spectacular views of the city are not only found in white-glove NYC buildings—you can find them in many newly built rental buildings—with loads of amenities.

If you like bright, modern spaces, then these are for you but be aware that living in a building with glass walls is a little different. The lack of walls mean you need to think about furniture placement differently, and all that openness means privacy is a concern. You'll eventually want to sleep, so you'll also want to consider room darkening-shades. For interior design tips, check out Brick Underground's "How to decorate your NYC apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows."

Here are five New York City two bedrooms with walls of glass that are currently on the market that can be yours—all for under $4,000 a month.
