When perusing New York City real estate listings, you'll see a lot of beautiful and high-priced apartments, decorated (naturally) with beautiful and high-priced furnishings. While you may not be able to afford that multi-million dollar condo, or everything in it, it is possible to steal a bit of that high style with the purchase of one chic, on-trend piece. That's where our new feature, "Shop This Space" comes in. We'll highlight a pleasingly-appointed room in an apartment that would bust most New Yorkers' budget, and find out how much the individual items are, and where you can get them.

Excited about the new luxury condo development at Hudson Yards, but the prices are well, out of reach? You can at least shop for a piece of the refined lifestyle with a microsite showcasing (and selling) select furnishings showcased in the $4.2 million model residence at Fifteen Hudson Yards, designed and styled by Neiman Marcus fashion director Ken Downing.

Downing says the interior's blend of bold color and eclectic mix of art and furniture was inspired by his travels to the world's fashion capitals, a passion for art collecting, and the building's sweeping skyline views.

“I have long believed that when you surround yourself with truly inspirational objects, you feel more alive. When I began Fifteen Hudson Yards, I wanted to create a 'jewel box in the sky' that was symbolic of the vibrant new neighborhood it towers above."
