New York City apartments with outdoor space are even more popular in the Covid era and if you’re looking to buy right now, you might want outdoor space that you can still enjoy in the fall and into the beginning of winter.

Some NYC apartments have enclosed or covered balconies, sunrooms, or heated common outdoor areas like a roof deck that can be used almost year round.
