Whether window-shopping along Fifth Avenue or dodging sloshed Kris Kringles during SantaCon, New Yorkers do the holidays differently. This year, BrickUnderground rolls out December with a week's worth of holiday-related real estate coverage, from how heavy  to make that envelope for the doorman, to squeezing a big party into a tiny apartment, to tricking out your building's lobby without starting an all out war. As always, we'll be polling New Yorkers on their tipping practices--so don't forget to vote in our annual Holiday Tipping Poll, which goes live this weekend, and check back often as the votes roll in.

The festivities kick off Monday, December 1. And in the meantime, send us your questions, tips, and anything else inspired by real estate and the season, either by email or on Facebook or Twitter.
