If the thought of gazing out over the Hudson River from your windows or a private or shared outdoor space makes you drool, take heed of this edition of StreetEasy’s Most Wanted, because several of the 10 apartments StreetEasy users saved more often than any others this week offer views that please the visual palate.

It’s no surprise that an $825k two-bedroom, two-bath duplex co-op on Riverside Drive and West 94th offers river views from a shared roof deck (pictured). It also offers views of the park, which is right outside the building’s front door. There's a part-time doorman, the $1,185 monthly maintenance is low, and there seems to be a straight (vs spiral) staircase connecting the floors of this duplex; however, part of the apartment is on the ground floor.

A $1.395m two-bedroom, two bath condo on 73rd between West End Avenue and Broadway includes a balcony with views of the Hudson River. The penthouse duplex has north and west exposures and a skylight for natural light. It also has central heat and a/c, as well as a built-in surround sound speaker system. The building is also one block to the 1, 2, and 3 express and local trains. Common charges and taxes totally around $2,000 a month are reasonable; there's assessment of $230.84/mo is in place until June 2013 for lobby and hallway renovations.

If water makes you woozy, don’t despair. When you peer off the balcony of a $619k two-bedroom condo on Dean Street -- between Fourth and Fifth Avenues -- in Park Slope, you’ll see gardens. The pad has a key accessed elevator entry, a W/D and a 37-square-foot storage unit. There’s also central a/c throughout. On top of the low common charges, there is a tax abatement (common charges $300, taxes $43).
