The StreetEasy Hot Dozen: 12 rentals that may or may not be available by the time you read this

There are two sunny, one-bedroom, no-fee West Village apartments at the top of this week's Hot Dozen, meaning more StreetEasy.com visitors clicked on these rental listings over the past seven days than any others.

These apartments are moving fast and in some cases are gone already.

The first, on Jones Street right off of West 4th Street, is listed at $2,495/month and has its own separate kitchen (this is the one that's off the market).

The second, a junior one-bedroom at 88 Horatio Street, listed at $2,500/month, comes with its own washer and dryer (this listing is in contract).

Both apartments have bright windows, wooden floors, and prime West Village locations.

If you’re playing in the big leagues and can’t be bothered by a simple one-bedroom apartment, check out a larger West Village place at 295 West 11th Street. This renovated three-bedroom apartment is listed at a pricey $8,995/month, but with an entry foyer, large living room, and 11 windows throughout, you may start fighting a little bit harder for that promotion at work. This listing has been on the market for a while and just had its price reduced, so rent might be a little flexible.
