The StreetEasy Hot Dozen: 12 rentals that may or may not be available by the time you read this

If you're in the market for a studio and have the means to shop for a classier kind, consider this $2,000/month E. Village rental, which hundreds of StreetEasy.com browsers have been clicking on (and doubtlessly drooling over) since it was first listed six days ago. Its popularity put it near the top of this week's StreetEasy Hot Dozen, a weekly roundup of the most clicked-on studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom rental listings on the addictive site.

The 450-square-foot studio has a fireplace, exposed brick, bright light, 12-foot ceilings, and overall, the sort of aesthetic that might encourage its future tenant to figure out a way to host a dinner party in the one-room space. If it interests you, better click before someone else starts living your apartment fantasies. (Same goes for the other 11 listings, each of which is tempting in its own right).

If you see something you like and need a guarantor to meet the income or credit requirements, check the listing (or ask) to see if the landlord accepts Insurent, a cool solution from one of BrickUnderground's sponsors.
