The transition from an apartment full of Ikea furniture to something with a more grown-up decor scheme is often a slow one—most of us add in a high quality new piece of furniture here and there, gradually building up to a dwelling that doesn't scream "glorified dorm room." Groups of budget-conscious roommates have been known to squeeze themselves into some seriously questionable spaces, and if you're on the hunt with some college friends, you could do far worse than this three-bedroom, one-bath on Willoughby Avenue in Clinton Hill. Sharing a bathroom and a cramped kitchen isn't anyone's ideal set-up, but at $2,290 a month—or $763 per room—that's a bargain we'd bet a lot of young renters would take.

Good news for doorman-less Brooklynites: your days of schlepping packages from your office all the way to your Greenpoint walk-up are numbered. Delivery-scheduling service  Parcel, which launched in Manhattan last December, will expand its services to numerous Brooklyn neighborhoods this Thursday.
